USAGE:
TJ-40A belongs to rigid box forming processing line machine. Automatic box corner pasting /taping/sticking machine, the machine can with the common conveyor belt and worker positioning the box on the cover paper by manual, the conveyor belt can be more than 2.8m conveyor belt connect with the automatic box forming, by box pushing together to positioning the box automatically.

MACHINE DETAILS:
FEEDING PARTS:
Feeding parts adopts the feeder feeding instead of belt friction feeding, feeder no matter the cardboard size or the cardboard with the groove, the suction nozzle size and position can adjust according to the exact sample.
Non-stop feeding, once the main cardboard pile lacking, the alarm will ring send the signal, and prepare the sub pile of the cardboard to guarantee feeding continuously to achieve high effective.
CORNER PASTING PART:
This parts with the mold, which can be the wood or plastic, mold is easy to installation and change by the screw.
Pasting parts controlled by the cylinder(AIRTAC) ensure the high precision, by setting the control panel , it can be pasting one time or time.
Cutter feeding system: Cutter adopts high strength tool steel.
The wood mold with the groove and the hook equipment insure the box fall down successfully after pasting process.
According to the exact box size, manual adjust the distance by handle wheel which is easy to operate.
OUTPUTTING PART:
Conveyor belt can be customized, standard belt needs to take the box manually.
Machine connected with the manipulator to take the box to the box forming machine automatically, then the belt with 2.5 meters to insure the box waiting on one line.
Machine with the speed controller, the belt speed is adjustable.
