MACHINE FEATURE:

PRINTING SYSTEM
**Super Flexo Printing Unit**
* Each printing cylinder is driven by an independent servo motor
* Printing cylinder uses a sleeve-style design for easy exchange
* Printing plates are mounted on the sleeves
* The impression roller also serves as the water-chilled roller (diameter: 195mm), directly driven by an independent servo motor. It ensures excellent printing performance on plastic film
* Anilox roller is driven by a servo motor
* Entire printing unit is gearless
* Automatic cooling circulation system: Enables simultaneous material cooling during printing, ensuring efficient operation with thin substrates
* Pre-registration is controlled by a servo motor. After inputting the print length on the main touch screen, the motor calculates the position automatically. The printing sleeve will move to the corresponding position based on the manually set zero point
* **Auto-registration**: After configuring the color sensor and adjusting the registration sensor to detect the printed eye marks, simply turn on the AUTO mode for continuous automatic tracking and registration
* Each unit is equipped with its own operation panel for fine adjustments, with a self-locking function
* Fine pressure adjustment through bearer system
* The pressure between the anilox roller, printing plate, and substrate is finely adjusted via bearer contact
* Supports second-pass printing
